Join Move More Fitness Ambassador Cheryl Russo in one of her home workouts to keep moving during the COVID-19 shutdown.
Cheryl Russo has always embraced a healthy lifestyle. After years of cross training for her own health benefits, she wanted to share her enthusiasm and knowledge of fitness with others and became a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in 2000. She also became a Certified Holistic Health Coach and got certifications in kickboxing, silver sneakers, spinning, Zumba, and Yoga. She is also an ambassador with Move More Fitness!
Always a strong believer in living a balanced life, to compliment her days of Kickboxing, Spin, and Bootcamps, Cheryl took up Yoga. This opened her eyes to the importance of connecting the movements to the breath. She also learned that giving the body and mind opportunity to slow down was equally as important as getting the heart rate sped up.
Now that the world is being forced to slow down, Cheryl is sharing some of her workouts online for anyone to join!
