Move More Fitness provides a community of skilled trainers to help support you as you achieve your fitness goals- ONLINE! All trainers are certified & qualified to deliver high quality programming right in the comfort of your own home. Join us for One-on-One training or Group Training!

  • Personal training is scheduled between you and your trainer directly.

  • Group Training is scheduled with a trainer ahead of time- based on your availability. 

 

PLEASE Submit an interest form if interested in participating in any of our programs. 

What You Need

  • Quick (FREE) consultation with your Trainer prior to first session. 

  • Internet, towel & mat!

  • Equipment for each session will be listed in Google Calendar description.

  • Google Meet App and/or the VHPGo App for many of our sessions. 

  • A great attitude!  

 

Don't Forget...

  •    Talk to your trainer if you have any concerns.

  • Always be aware of your surroundings and clear space to be safe.

  • Others:
    • If you've missed a session, you CAN make up in another session.

    • You can always change or cancel sessions & plans. Contact us!

STRENGTH 
Strength Sessions focus on total body muscular endurance.
Upper & Lower Body sessions focus on building Strength. Get stronger & build muscle to burn fat while at rest!

STRETCH
Physical postures & breathing to promote physical & emotional well-being. Stretch & release all major muscle groups.

CARDIO
Good old fashion heart-pumping cardio. Mix of Kickboxing, dance & other forms of hi/lo aerobics including HIIT and Intervals style! 

CORE
Standing & floor core work at it's finest. Incorporate functional movement, core stability & balance training- not just ABS!
